One to One Therapy
One-to-one therapy offers a dedicated space to explore what’s happening in your inner world (body and emotions). It can be a place to slow down, to reconnect within and to gently meet thoughts, feelings, and experiences that may feel overwhelming, confusing, or hard to express.

This work can be especially supportive during times of emotional difficulty or transition — such as grief, anxiety, anger, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others. It offers a way to come back into relationship with your body and emotions, at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Each session is shaped around your unique experience. We may use a range of creative and body-based processes — including drawing, painting, clay, movement, and nature-based practices such as forest bathing. You don’t need any artistic experience. The focus is on the process, not the outcome — allowing your body to explore and express in ways that feel natural and intuitive.

Sessions are held weekly and take place either outdoors in the Heart of Wilderness Woods, Buxted.
Sessions are offered on a sliding scale of £55–£65 per hour.
It is recommended to begin with a commitment of at least eight sessions to give space for the process to unfold at depth and with care.
