I am an registered and qualified Art Counsellor (MBACP), Community Art Facilitator and Waldorf Teacher.

I create spaces of expression and embodied connection to the natural world

for adults and children. I believe that creativity is our birth-right and your expression should be honored.  It is your

unique voice : your place within this community :: you. Creativity is a powerful experiences as it invites you into play, exploration, reflection and intergration.  In these spaces we explore a weaving of storytelling, clay, drawing,

painting and movement.

We are inherently connected and in kin to the natural world. However we sometimes forget as we are living in times of systemic disconnection. In these spaces you are invited to remember your connection and relationship to natural world through your body, cyclical wisdom and embodied nature archetypes.

When we begin to express ourself and remember our place in the natural world, we come  home.

We come home, to our belonging and connection

within and in the nature.

We remember our inner wisdom and wisdom of the land.

We re:root into tender resilience and flow like the river.

We give voice to our body and deep current feelings.

We arrive and continue to arrive at home
