I’m Sarah Louise, a therapist (BACP) and artist (BA), and I’ve spent the past fourteen years exploring the relationship between creativity, the body, and nature. What began as an artistic journey — working with the land, movement, and art deepened through my MA in therapeutic training, where I learned to hold space for others to explore their inner world through a body-based, nature-connected approach.

Earth-Soma brings these threads together to create a therapeutic practice called earth therapy and creative retreats called earth kairos which are rooted in art and the land. Whether you're drawn a therapeutic journey or creative and nature imbued day, I offer a gentle, grounded approachs that invites your whole self — body, psyche, and imagination — into the process.
I believe that expression can be a form of healing, and that nature offers us a powerful mirror for our own inner cycles, stories, and transformations.
