I’m Sarah Louise, a therapist (BACP) and artist (BA), and I’ve spent the past fourteen years exploring the relationship between creativity, the body, and nature. What began as an artistic journey — working with the land, movement, and material — deepened through my MA in therapeutic training, where I learned to hold space for others to explore their inner world through a body-based, nature-connected approach.

Earth-Soma brings these threads together. Whether you're drawn to a therapeutic one-to-one space or a creative journey rooted in art and the land, I offer a gentle, grounded approach that invites your whole self — body, psyche, and imagination — into the process.
I believe that expression can be a form of healing, and that nature offers us a powerful mirror for our own inner cycles, stories, and transformations.
